First run was on rice and ground round mix and then put 2 tbsp. as an addition to the french bread recipe for my bread machine (sustituting 2 tbsps. honey for 1 tsp sugar and 1 cup whole wheat flour for bread flour and baking in the oven instead of the machine. Real bread has no holes in it!}. It didn't give you visions (Thanks again, Sir James) like THE BREAD does, but it has a nice short-to-medium burn that was quite pleasant. If Cal does go commercial, I could certainly find more uses for it. Usual disclaimers - (he sent it free and this opinion is worth what he paid for it....<gr>) But if he's not gotten all of his beta-testers - write now. You owe it to yourself - the texture alone makes it interesting.... Sorry, I was eating a sandwich with bread made with Cal's Powder and got carried away... Dropped some crumbs in the keyboard, too. Oh well... Larry
