JP and/or JL:

To save only portions of e-mail messages, for instance ONLY the recipe and not
all the garbage that is printed on the page with it, I highlight the area I
want to save, click "Edit"  then "Copy".  Then I click on "File"  , "New".
When the New Document screen comes up, I click on "Edit" then "Paste".  That
saves the portion to the screen.  From there I can save it to a disc or on the
hard drive.
