One of my favorite books!  Try the best dammed chicken you ever ate - it's one of my summer bbq faves!  The thing I love best about the book is that for every recipe, you pull out just about every spice you own for the accompanying spice blend.  I love it!

Hi all -- I was a Borders last night (Borders is a place that sells books,
music, etc for those of you who aren't familiar) and found "Fiery Foods That
I Love" by Paul Prudhomme for $8 on their bargain table. Amazon wants $17.50
so this seems like a pretty good deal. I've not looked it over thoroughly,
but it looks like there's some great recipes in there - not just cajun, but
a variety.

Anyway, for those of you with a Borders nearby you might want to check it
out...
