I made THE BREAD this weekend and let me tell you... it was fabulous. Jim Campbell brought bread into a new light. I used Calvin's habenaro powder as well. Some was put in the bread and the rest I used in various recipes. One recipe I used it in was a chinese shrimp stir-fry. The heat was just right and it gave it a delightfully smoky flavor. I was very pleased with this powder and hope he will market it some day. I will be the first to purchase a barrel-full. Thanks Calvin!!!
