Hi Judy just wish to tell you that I made that Home-Style Inner Beauty hot sauce from your howle/page/ibhotsau.htm , It turned out great ,a bit thick though . My fault , only had about 6 ripe habs so i plucked a fairly large handful of my fat thai's (costenos ?) a few ripe serranos ,and a couple of my hot cayenes ,added the juice of one lime and very finely chopped peel from same . I used a glass (bit more than a cup) of THOMY brand hot Mustard as its about the same price here in OZ as our generic cheap mustard , and what the hell it said hot on the label and just jumped into the shopping trolley all by itself .. I will probably add more vinegar and a bit more mango just to make it a bit easier to get out of the bottle ,and a tad sweeter . Don't think it will keep till the year 2018 , may last the weekend but not much longer . Just as well its mango season here and I know where there are some well laden trees . Thanks Luke in Oz Going to try to make a SONTAVA style sauce next , Lorraine Heidecker and Kay Buie sent me a bottle in a care package last year and I quite liked it .remember saving a recipe for it somewhere , this means going through about a ream or two of hard copy .
