[CH] Calvins Magic Dust

Calvins package arrived this morning , after carefull perusal of its
content's (15 seconds) I tore the bag open , sniffed and liked the
resulting aroma . Next i rummaged through the pantry and lined up the
opposition's jars tins packets etc . I expouse the NRA view on chile
products , "its better to have Chile stuff in the house and not need it
,than need it and not have it" . Now a more diverse range of adulterated
,artificially coloured and good chile powders probably lurk in many
listmembers pantries , but I have to say Calvins powder won out over all
of my other powders/blends . I just made a Inner beauty style sauce last
night so I will scale the recipe down and make a small batch using
Calvins dust , Also making some Biltong courtesy of a recipe from steve
hollingworth in South Africa ,and will use some dust on a couple of
pieces . The vanilla malt has to be tried yet but I did make a
Chocolate Milkshake and sprinkled some in . Mole Leche estremecer ! ???
Pardon my attempts at spanglish .
As to the postage my sample arrived in good shape within its ziplock
bag Calvin when you sort out your licence , etc , requirements I'll be
sure to place orders though I'll give the jars a miss and take mine
ziplocked to save on postage .
