being the ongoing adventures of apathy boy... I was prepping a steak for my dinner (a couple of spoonfulls of Busha Brown's Jerk Seasoning), and thought it would be a shame to just rinse the spoon off afterwards, so just out of curiosity (and boredom) got another spoonfull out of the jar and popped it in my mouth. That was about ten minutes ago, and I've still got a good burn going... The steak should be in pretty good shape by the time I get to it in about eight more hours... Probably won't have to cook it. Anyway, my point: Does anyone have experience with Busha Brown's Jerk seasoning, and can anyone suggest another brand/recipe/whatever for jerk seasoning that I can try? My wife can almost eat food cooked in BB's, so hotter/less hot is fine. Thanks!
