The WW Jerk Sauce is very thick and quite strong in the allspice compared to a number I have tried. If you can bring yourself to do it, try mixing a tart marmalade with the jerk sauce (about 50-50) and use it as a glaze for grilled chicken. Or even better a barbecue roast chicken!!
