They were in the same price group ( Hot Peppers $1.99/LB ) as Jalapenos. Now I like Chiles but Lets Do the Math - If the Chiles are good for 2 weeks in the fridge thats thats roughly .6 pounds or 9.6 ounces of Habs a day. Now I love Chiles but ... Just for reference... I bought every decent one they had and they havn't had any since. The cashier did look at me a little strange :) I did make a lovely Habenero Barbeque sauce with about 2 ounces of them...Yum!
