Just got back from a great 10 day cruise in the Caribbean and, of course, brought back many island hot sauces. I was wondering if anyone had tried any of these before and if they were good. I have: Uncle Willie's "Jammin" hot sauce from the Virgin Islands. Bello pepper sauce from Dominica. Barons West Indies hot sauce from St. Lucia Sourec-bilimbi pepper sauce from Barbados Lotte's "Bajan Cajin" and "True Bajan" from Barbados. Dame Henri Besson from Guadeloupe The last looks to be the most interesting. It's a "pepper sauce" that consists of large chunks of Scotch bonnet and other peppers.
