It wasn't clear if you wanted a recipe on how to marinate artichokes, or
how to use marinated artichokes.

In any event, there are 71 recipes for artichokes (using them I believe)
in the Epicurious database.  You can look up artichoke, then click on 
the go to recipes link.

I bookmarked the Artichoke link, and hopefully this URL will lead anyone 
interested to those recipes (from Gourmet and Bon Apetite).
