[CH] 20-20-20 fertiliser (in Australia)

I've heard / read from many sources that this balanced fertiliser is 
recommended for my chilli's.  I haven't had any luck finding anything 
even remotely balanced apart from the odd 5-4-3 type (organic life 
from memory).

Is there any fertiliser available in Australia that meets the bill, 
otherwise any suggestions?

I've been using Phosphogen Tomato formula for my leaf spraying and as 
a boost and organic life dug into the soil.
