John,

Matouk's West Indian Hot Flambeau sauce is my favorite all-around sauce.
It's got good heat and I love the crushed habs( though the seeds can be
something to deal with a few hours down the line).The next time I buy
some, I'm going to buy a case of it, as I go through it pretty quick,
and occasionally give away a bottle to someone I think will appreciate
it.
