Interesting...the copy addressed to me came right through...the one to the
list took 6 days to show up :)

In any event...got the chance to try the Walker's Wood stuff in the last week
or so. The Jonkanoo is pretty hairy stuff, very strongly flavored and hot.
Lots of pulp and seeds so it has a nice consistency and appearence. I like
hot sauce on eggs but this just blew them away...made a heck of an addition
to horseradish though. :)

The Scotch Bonnet sauce is not quite so hot so it worked better with bland
stuff like eggs. Again, nice consistency and appearence. Tried the jerk sauce
with chips just for flavor (very nice) but haven't tried cooking with it yet.

Did these for nibblies before dinner Saturday nite (with Black & Tans):

Cracker (Triscuit etc.)
Slice of very sharp Vermont (none a that wimpy West-of-the-Hudson stuff)
Cheddar
Layer of horseradish
Couple drops of the Jonkanoo pepper sauce
Slice of pepperoni
'Nother Cracker

Messy as hell and the horseradish fumes make you sneeze just about the time
the pepper sauce kicks in. A truly unique dining experience. :)
