We were shopping a Von's this afternoon and, from across the parking lot, I spotted some chile seedlings in their little garden section set up outside. The variety were "Islena Mulatto". From the picture on the tag they looked similar to a Poblano. Any information on these? My seedlings are starting to sprout with Habs, Red Savina Habs, Tabascos, Mirasols, Super Chiles, Thai Dragons, Jalapenos, Serranos, Bulgarian Carrots and Firenza Jalapenos. I don't know if I will be able to pry more garden space from my wife's (O.K. and mine, too) vegetables and such, but my paternal instinct goes out to those chile seedlings at Von's. aka Doug
