Youngstown is in Ohio. The place you are probably referring to is the
Quaker Steak and Lube, in Sharon PA. (Or maybe Sharon PA is in the
Quaker Steak and Lube, the place has been growing like a weed).  Wings
here used to be unbelievably good, but with their explosive expansion,
they're not quite what they used to be, still damn good though.

Their 'Atomic' wings are about as hot as wings can be without resorting
to one of the pepper extract sauces.  They have a good, powerful, Hab
flavor.
