In response to Joe's request for Thai recipies, I would like to suggest a book written by Jennifer Brennan titled "The Origanal Thai Cookbook". This is my bible to Thai cooking, and it includes many delicios recipes for authentic Thai salads. I've also done my own experimenting with different Thai dishes and would be happy to share tips and recipies with anyone who is interested. Also, in regard to Rob's request for hot sauces, I have many recipies that I have played with and doctored to suit my own fiery tastes. I make a mean "Fire Sauce" that is loaded with habaneros. Now I do have a request. I live in Maine, and our growing season is way too short. I've experiment with growing many different types of peppers, but they don't seem to yield as much fruit as they should. The plants are big, bushy, and beatiful, but most of the blossoms fall off before setting fruit. Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks, Veronda
