just got back in town...E-MAIL was overflowing...chili-heads are all
busy...there's a small family restaurant, of all places, in Miramar, Florida
that makes their own atomic sauces. They state they're all from a habanero
base, about nine different ones...I tried one that was papaya/honey and
another that was raspberry, both had a great kick...they said that they won
the local "Wing Ding" with their raspberry atomic which is an annual event
that draws about 200,000 people!! anyway, didn't know if anyone else was
familar with them. oh, it's called the parkway pub.
