Some folks got the wrong idea about the chile cornbread pan. It is for making corn sticks that are shaped like long NM chiles, and the whole pan is shaped like a big chile. Very neat! It makes 6 corn sticks and is very heavy! Thanks to all for the tips on seasoning. I will start working on it next week.
