Hi Melinda, Thanks for the suggestion! The puzzling thing was that the recipe called for "sliced". It could be difficult to slice a little round pepper! I went to the ChiliHeads Homepage (http://neptune.netimages.com/~chile/) and looked through the picture gallery. Here's a few little round ones that could fit the bill: Rocoto C. Pubescens Chiltepin Ojemma Decheiro The peppers were refered to in more than one recipe on the Thai page I sent in. As a side note the Thai site also contains a great Mexican Recipe section.
