It seems that some of the digest have not gone out or have
not been received by everyone.
Point your browser at the following URL and select the
date/numbers you are missing. You can read them online or save
them to a directory.

Note you can ftp these as well.
Not sure of what the problem is and with Mike going away this
maybe the best way to get them until the problem is fixed.
BTW my thanks to those that did not take offence at my polite
reminder and all that have co-operated to made the digest form
much easier to read. It's nice to know that there are so many
wonderful caring people on the list.
