I vaguely remember some similar posts but bear with me. One day after I put my pepper seedlings (grown from seed since early March) out to harden at a balmy 72°, 7 out of 10 red savina plants turned white and limp and were dead within 2 days. What caused this? A couple of other varieties showed a little stress but recovered quite well. I'm tempted to order some Red Savina plants from Cross Country Nurseries right away but by the time I get them, it will be well into June. Those plants are usually large and healthy but I'm not sure I can get a harvest by late September in Massachusetts. Any thoughts? Thanks Jeffro
