Just a note to all who responded to my request for info on your preference on buying hot sauces. The article is coming along pretty well. I still can use more input if anyone wants to give it. My deadline is July 1st. I found it pretty interesting however, when the number one thing everyone agrees on is that flavor is the most important thing when buying sauces and the cheap sauces you've been posting about are nothing but cayenne, vinegar, water and salt. They probably have about 10 cents in the whole thing. Good quality ingredients cost money! Paying $4.00 to $5.00 for a bottle of something unique and flavorful is not outrageous. It takes a lot of money to get a company going and cooking , bottling, advertising, and shipping cost too. Just my thoughts. Judith
