Hi everybody on C-H list, Is there anybody who is experienced with two levels of jalapeno pungency? I had the original seeds from the USA (one package) and the fruits are of different pungency. Some are very mild, but some (those of larger fruit) are deadly hot - hotter than serranos! They are almost bitter of that pungency. Somebody says I have a fire clay in the mouth, but those jarred jalapenos are a hard work to eat. Awaiting any reply.
