Folks, I have stuffed about 20 habs cut in half into a small jar of honey. The honey tastes great. No cloudy, moldy looking growth, just clear honey and (now) semi-transparent habs. However, I have a question. The honey has changed viscosity. It is now much more watery. I suspect this is the normal consequence of the preservation technique, but don't know for sure. Anyone have any wisdom to pass on? Brandon C. Nuttall BNUTTALL@KGS.MM.UKY.EDU
