I'm still optimistic.  I've met the folks down there at Chile Pepper and
have yet to meet a nicer bunch of people.  They bent over backwards in
making us vendors feel welcome at their festival in Dallas- something
that doesn't happen at alot of other shows I'm sad to say.  I figure
they'll get it right eventually.  Standard disclaimers, I just hate to
see nice people lose out.  I re-upped.

A batch of bread goes out before Thanksgiving.  A lucky few will get to
try to stuff their turkey with that ;-)
