While reading the recents posts about botulism and general food
preservation safety I ran across a very interesting site. Those of you
considering preserving chiles and/or other foods might want to take a

I know the ripe habs I've got are just begging to be pickled with some
fresh veggies for a good Super Bowl snack. Or maybe some hot mustard
pickles. Or salsa. Well, I guess I know what I'll be doing today.
