Dave's sells a shaker with 6 different chiles in separate compartments.
I shake a couple of different ones into a bag of chips to make a smoky 
(chipotle), hot (habanero) and mellow (ancho) flavour combination. 
Just shake in the flaked chiles, close the top of the bag and turn it 
upside down to mix and coat the chips. 

Sure beats regular BBQ or Buffalo chips.
