I make cilantro pesto.

Just grind it up with enough olive olive to make if flow nice.  Add a
very few nuts (walnuts, pecans etc).  And I freeze it in ice cube
tray.  After it is frozen, I,pop them out and put the frozen hunks
into ziploc bags for long term storage.
