As I had wrote to Rain. When I first tried it, I didn't like it. I was working for a someone who used cilantro in their taco's. I didn't like it. It did taste like soap, but somehow, sometime, it hit me. I love the stuff. If its not in my Salsa, i don't like it. I even grew it this year. It really does add something!
