I use MasterCook allot. Save the E-mail to a temp folder as a Text file. I use a "Recipe" temp folder. Open a cookbook you want the recipe in, go to "File" select "import recipe" a window will open with 2 sides on it (left side Right side). On the right side you should see what looks like a flow chart. If you are using Windows 95 you can double click (in right window) on your HD, then double tap windows, double tap desk top, double tap your temp folder. This should show the recipe file in the left window. double click the recipe file. Highlight the recipe than click import at the bottom of the window, this should download the recipe into the cookbook you have opened. This only works for recipes formatted for MasterCook. There is a way to format your own or other recipes you download. let me know if you are interested. The Dwarf with a spoon. Ft. Richardson, AK.
