Chile lovers,

Just my 2 cents worth on cayennes.....

They are wonderful peppers to grow, taste great fresh green or red and dry
wonderfully without getting moldy. I think it is one of the best all
around peppers. Dried and flaked I use on all sorts of things, dried whole
I use in Asian stir frys, fresh minced or in rings on pizza or whatever.
And they look lovely strung on thread and hanging all over the house (ask
me how I know......)

Oh, I didn't even notice that comment, until your message made me re-read.

If I had, I would have made a big deal as usual about what a huge quantity
of cayenne is consumed fresh (green) in India, both whole-as-is as table
condiment, though most of all as ingredient in cooking and chutneys.
