My rules are 1. Don't drink 2. Don't stop drinking 3. Don't drink mixed drinks (when I stopped drinking mixed drinks, I stopped praying to the porcelin godess) 4. Don't mix types 5. Don't drink the cheap stuff. I.E. Bud vs Sam Adams Ballintine vs Dewars etc. 6. Per Michael Jackson, Author of the "Homebrewers Bible" drink 8 to 12 oz of water before going to bed to replace lost body fluids. My drinking is limited to stuff that I can get buzzed, then get up the following morning and go out and split wood by hand. If you can't do that, then you are drinking the wrong stuff. If you can't find anything that enables this, refer to rule #1
