O.K. so its the next best thang giving the vagaries of distance..
I'm Actually eating a portion now ...... 
I know its not the same but lacking the essential ingredient I 
substituted what was available .. only other choice i had was Masa 
Harina....... 
with less of the Polenta it could come close to that which i was served 
in San Antonio!............. 
anyway it is an interesting dish.....
Fun to make 
and not that bad o eat though I'd try it in our Winter next time I make 
it...........
