Quite tasty. on a less serious note we had a Punjabi Indian woman friend call in today and she picked one of my Purple Tiger Chiles and bit into it. She said it looked so nice she had to try it, she had the usual reaction.<g> so I gave her a Orange Hab to take home and told her about the trick I learnt from Jeff the Chef at The Fragrant Garden. Cut the Hab in Half and Fill with Ice Cream then Freeze, (I Melt some Chocolate etc and dip these in and freeze again)- She wants me to make a batch for her Mother in law. Big <G> The Hab, Chocolate and a Mango Ice Cream go real well together, Hot Sweet and Cold but not nessecarilly in that order.. Luke in OZ
