For simple, but potent Macaroni & Cheese, I usually add a significant
amount of finely julienned habanero during the last 5-10 minutes of
baking time. The amount you use depends on your tolerance, but it sure
livens up the dish and makes for a more intersting presentation than
the usual yellow blob.
