Braun has a good one, grab it when they go on sale at Wal-Mart or some other
cheap outlet.

OK, next question do I clean out the seeds first, obviously I take
the stems off! Or
does anyone know of a good place in the Riverside/Orange County area
in Calif to
get this pepper. I blame Bobby Flay for my Ancho Chile need!
