Personally, I think the chipotles are a better choice than fresh habbies for
this.
But if you ever want something different and scorchy to add to a sandwich:
Shred some mozzarella directly onto a hot non-stick griddle. While it's
melting, liberally add finely shredded *fresh* habaneros or red savvies.
Brown the cheese, then carefully turn with a spatula and brown the other
side; use the fried cheese-n-peppers to top a burger or eat it just as it
comes outta the frying pan. Yum!
