A dish that's simply fiery hot doesn't do it for me. I've gotta have the flavor too. Pure Cap and their like may have a place in this world but like you, I haven't found a place for them in my kitchen. I don't use many hot sauces in my cooking. I prefer using whatever fresh peppers I can find or grow. I recently smoked some habs and ground them into powder. Now THERE'S a combination of heat and flavor I can go for. I don't need anything hotter than that! It will be interesting to hear what other folks have to say on the subject. Tim Adair <nofill>
