This is quite a good book, although probably a bit dated now.. Interestingly Sweet peppers have less amino acids. More Lipids. Less Minerals. Also less vitamins, calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fiber. But I'm not in the Mood to type out another list like this tonight..
