I've had the Cave Creek stuff as well, and was quite fond of it for a
while.  Each bottle had a little serrano in it, and a few tha I'd had - I
could have sworn it was a tabasco.  But, the last few times I bought it, I
liked it less.  Don't really know why.  Kinda one of those "This isn't how
I remember it" experiences...
