Mmmmmmmm....flames....roasted poblanos...  I love 'em stuffed with spicy
ground beef and pinto beans.

Also:  I don't like the "grassy" taste of green jalapenos either, but Mancini
makes a gently pickled roasted red jalapeno.  They roast and skin 'em, then
pack them in little jars.  I love 'em split open and put on a cheeseburger.
Or just to eat right out of the jar.
