I'm jealous. Up here, my rosemary is an annual.
I don't know much (if anything) about the medicinal uses of the herb (and I
think Rain already gave you some good info in that direction anyway) but I
love it in tomato sauce. Also, tie some sprigs on the outside of a pork
roast as you roast it. And the long sprigs make good skewers for beef and
pork kabobs.
