The poblano and cayenne get 2-4' tall, I can't tell you how bushy cos I prune mine of the dead branches each spring so who knows? Mine are probably bushier. All I know is I can grow these in containers well. I think a lot is trial and error. Indeterminate? You mean tomatoes? grow for it!
