I ordered several chilies from the PepperShop over the internet a week or so ago and when the order arrived, it was not what I expected. It appears that the box sustained damage in transit and most of my order had died when the soil it was shipped in leaked out of the damaged box. I sent the company an e- mail explaining what I received yesterday. Today, they replied and said that my entire order would be reshipped next week. I am very impressed with this level of customer service since the damage sustained was out of their control. I am not affiliated with the PepperShop (the usual disclaimers) but based on what I have seen so far, I will order from them again. JMA
