I think that if folks just copy and post endless recipes, without intimate knowledge or trying them, the list would soon soon bog down into thousands of recipes that are only useful to "recipe collectors". There are plenty of sites on the web for that. I quote the chile oil recipe from Eeyore as an example of a practical and tried method. Not some complicated affair copied from some exotic cookbook. As summer comes to an end here. Lots of Red Savinas and lots of fish off the beach. For tea last night: 1 Snapper fillet. In food processor 1 Red sav, little paprika, sprig of coriander, salt and olive oil. Whizz. Place fish on cooking foil, pour sauce over plus a squeeze of lime juice. Fold the foil to make a "tent". Pop in hot 400'f oven fro 7 to 10 minutes or until fish is white and flakes easily. I had to buy the foil, salt and olive oil. Tony Flynn
