As I have been "guilty" of posting recipes to this list for about two years, I think that I had better state that ALL of the ones I post are ones that we have enjoyed, both devising, or modifying, and most certainly, cooking and eating. With perhaps a couple of exceptions, they have all been chile related, and have been posted for the edification of the other members of this list. I do not pretend to be the Colonel, although I would dearly have loved to have met him, and I have used many of his recipes(or his wife's), nor do I wish to emulate anyone else. I have been cooking for about fifty years, I do all of the cooking at our house, and my wife does all of the baking, it is an excellent partnership from both our points of view, as we both enjoy eating what the other supplies. Most of the recipes that I have done and posted have been put on a web site by Robert Lusk(thanks, Robert) and I invite everyone to visit his web site, really an excellent one...www.PepperFool.com and check out any of my offerings that you may have missed....sorry, Cameron, no haggis! Cheers to all,Doug in BC
