Deb in Houston here. Had to reunlurk for a couple more brags. Jim Campbell, The Original: This is beginning to sound old perhaps but Wowey! I just tried your Ralph's Righteous Habanero Sauce (see, I kept my vow not to wait too long before opening new bottles). It is killer good. Now I see why people have raved about it. Full of fresh hab flavor, nice heat and, although vinegar is listed as an ingredient, how'd you hide it? I can't taste it. Rael, I think you'd like this. (no affiliation, etc.) It really helped me with my recent flu symptoms, too. Thanks, Doc. Tom Greaves: I made your Chorizo stuffed jalapeno poppers recipe you posted just after the Superbowl. Really good and even kinda low fat! I used Calvin's in the Chorizo. Yum! Yum! Eat 'em up! And it really was good with eggs on Sunday, too. Saw your picture on Pepperman's Rogue's Gallery http://members.tripod.com/eatheat with Dumplin and Fluffy, give 'em a hug for me. Chilehead Brothers and Sisters: Dan just bought a water smoker (You other Texans and purists scoff if you like but he got an electric one based on recommendations in, I think, Cook's Illustrated) and the beef brisket he smoked yesterday was wonderful and the process seemed pretty darn convenient! Anyone have ideas and suggestions on how to get the most out of this? I'd like to try lots of things on it and some chiles, of course (excuse me if there was a recent thread on this I'm behind a little in digest reading due to the flu). If you have recipes at a site or can point me in some good directions, I'd be beholdin'. Deb in Houston, TX, US, Earth, (what's our solar system called?), Milky Way...
