I dunno if this would be classed as "excessively annoying behaviour"
but you probably could post something on the subject and request a
return receipt. I don't know how mike has his re-mailer bot set up.
But, I've seen the return receipt make it through on other lists. I
also dunno if it would work for digest subscribers... but it's a
starting place. And it might identify lurkers. Regular posters are no
problem as their addresses are in your face every day or so. <GGG>
