Byron (temp greenhouse),
If it's going to be an annual thing, the best method I've used is to make the
capital outlay for electrical conduit pipe and a pipe bender.  Make half hoops
with the proper rounding bends, give yourself enough straight run at the ends
to push it well down into soil -- and roll the plastic.
